RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing IP address and network ports.
• Managing Active Directory and DHCP server.
• Trouble shooting the mail client M.S outlook.
• Configuring system in order of operating system, drivers and application software's.
• Managing & providing desktop support for the users.
• Follow up the escalated cases and end up as per the priority.
• Activation of network Lan port as per the user requirement.
• Tagging and follow up of the cases by using service desk tool.
• Making every work station and laptop on "Religare.in" domain.
• Managing and trouble shooting of internet and proxy related queries.
• Managing and providing data retrieval and protection.
• Configuration of windows server Enterprise edition in HP Proliant chassis server.
• Troubleshooting the system through remote access using Remote admin.
