 Valuation: Independent valuation of large sized unlisted investments of QIA. Some of the investments valued included companies like Harrods, Uber, Flipkart etc.
 M&A: Leading first of its kind, a three bank merger deal in Qatar to create the second largest bank in the country. Roles and responsibilities include financial advisory to the acquirer bank including the overall process management and financial due diligence on the two target banks (currently ongoing).
 Debt Advisory: Debt fund raising of USD 275mn for a listed company in Qatar. This was an end-to-end process from undertaking a feasibility, financial modeling, preparing debt information memorandum, approaching banks/ financial institutions and raising funds.

Was working with fund managers and traders, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysts in support of the company’s global proprietary trading activities. My work involved researching of financial data and strategies, doing detailed company and sector reports including Financial Modeling and Analysis.

Did credit appraisals, loan processing and credit analysis;
Prepared due diligence and risk analysis report on various types of commercial properties;
Handled assignments in real estate preliminary loan sizing and underwriting;
Did credit and financial analysis of the borrowers/sponsors;
Did underwriting of Commercial Mortgage Properties, including detailed analysis of financial data and extracts. It also included interpreting data for the purpose of determining past financial performance so as to project future financial status;
Prepared reports for the Loan Committee Presentation (LCP);
