Work / Role performed:
I have 3 years work experience on ERP - Microsoft Dynamics Axapta (AX) 2012 R2. I am involved in implementation, functional support, reporting, end user training and customization in AX for all the divisions of our company. My role involves the following:
1) System Administration:
• Undertake Microsoft Dynamics AX new module installation, implementation.
• Creation of new users, granting access rights to users.
• Business process Reengineering.
2) User support:
• Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics AX and related applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional support issues.
• Create Customized Microsoft Dynamics AX training documentation for end users.
• Provide end user training.
• Support application functionality, process and reporting issues.
• Administration, documentation and maintaining security of AX roles and users.
3) Reporting support:
• Generate daily and monthly reports required by retail and finance department.
• Support report requests from company’s various business units.
• Create reports in SSRS, extract report to excel through SQL Query.
4) Special projects:
• Research and review new product functionality.
• Provide data validation and testing on new reports.
• Developed an in-house system called ‘Alshall’ which automates the process of taking the measurement of client’s DishDash and sending it to manufacturing unit.
5) AX Retail:
• Installation of AX Point of Sales 2012 R2.
