• Responsible to drive Sales & Marketing initiative to achieve Retail & Market Share Targets for Broadband & Basic Phone range of products.
• Leading a Team of 7 members comprising of Territory Sales Managers, Circle Customers Service Manger, Cluster Customers Service Managers, Circle Collection Manager for efficient direct and channel sales management.

• Successfully connected Rosa Power Township at Shahjahanpur for providing Broadband & Basic Phone service along with Intercom facility to all 495 residents.
• Successfully connected Eldeco Elegance a residential project of ELDECO in Lucknow by providing Broadband & Basic Phone along with Intercom facility to all 384 residents.
• Successful in Increasing the ARPU of the Circle from a level of 599 to 650 in FY 14-15.
• Optimized the OPEX budgets utilization & was successful in reducing the OPEX by 5% in FY 15-16.
• Distinction of closely worked with the new dealership of Varanasi & Kanpur to improve their processes, enablers & in-turn profitability of the dealership. Both Dealers had sustained at a M.S, higher than the Circle Average.

• Managing the complete range of products from TTSL (Voice & Data - ILL, MPLS, NPLC, DLC, Analog Lines, Data Cards, WLL, GSM and CDMA Mobiles) across the listed accounts through the defined Enterprise Value Channel Partners.
