Current Role
• Responsible to drive Sales & Marketing initiative to achieve Retail & Market Share Targets for Broadband & Basic Phone range of products.
• Leading a Team of 7 members comprising of Territory Sales Managers, Circle Customers Service Manger, Cluster Customers Service Managers, Circle Collection Manager for efficient direct and channel sales management.
• Focus on Key enablers.

• Aligning short and medium term strategy to achieve Volume, Market Share.
• Crafting and implementing marketing strategy for the existing products in current market space.
• Conceptualized and Successfully implemented GTM Activity in the Circle for New Product Launch.
• Support dealers & direct team in Lead Generation & Conversion Management.
• Implementation & driving initiatives to improve Sales Process & System which in-turn will help in early closures.
• Drive key projects with full ownership.

Joined as Cluster Business Lead - Lucknow and was promoted as Zonal Sales Lead - North Central - Jan’13 to Mar’14.

• Crafting and implementing marketing strategy which will Support business in Lead Generation & Conversion Management to achieve Retail & Market Share Targets for Products & Services.
• Liaison with Circle Heads & Territory Managers to focus & drive key projects.
• Achieve Volume, Market Share and Profitability targets.

Accomplishments in Reliance Communications Ltd.
• Successfully connected Rosa Power Township at Shahjahanpur for providing Broadband & Basic Phone service along with Intercom facility to all 495 residents.
• Successfully connected Eldeco Elegance a residential project of ELDECO in Lucknow by providing Broadband & Basic Phone along with Intercom facility to all 384 residents.
• Successful in Increasing the ARPU of the Circle from a level of 599 to 650 in FY 14-15.
• Optimized the OPEX budgets utilization & was successful in reducing the OPEX by 5% in FY 15-16.
• Distinction of closely worked with the new dealership of Varanasi & Kanpur to improve their processes, enablers & in-turn profitability of the dealership. Both Dealers had sustained at a M.S, higher than the Circle Average.
• During the AOP Meet concluded in April’15.
