Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Monitoring the quality of products throughout the production process, ensuring that they meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Following standardized procedures and recipes to ensure consistency in product quality and taste.
• Responsible for preparing Raw materials for processing, which may involve cutting, peeling, sorting of fruits vegetables, meats, grains etc.
• Menu Planning & creating recipes.
• Ensuring Quality & Consistency & meet the standards set by restaurant management
• Managing Kitchen operations including ordering the supplies.
• Supervising the Kitchen Staff including the prep cooks & dishwashers & ensuring everyone is working efficiently & following safety & sanitation.
• Maintaining Kitchen Equipment, ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Managing the day-to day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and communicating with other staff members
