Key responsibilities
•Managing agency recruitment process for Software Engineers, Developers, Infrastructure Consultants, Graphic Designers and creative staff and Cloud staff.
•Building a positive relationship with clients
•Managing Blue-Chip clients for their recruitment needs
•Managing the Recruitment team of 7
•Interviewing candidates and presenting them to clients
•Running background checks on the candidates
•Managing the process from interview to offer stage and beyond
•Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
•Offering CV, interview, and general career advice
Key Responsibilities:
•Managing 360 Recruitment for IT and digital and cloud roles.
•Managing headhunting projects
•Creating job descriptions
•Arranging and organizing meetings with candidates
•Screening CVs and reporting to the team leader
•Performing and coordinating phone interviews
•Organizing and managing employees’ database
in-house 360 recruitment process for Software Engineers, Software Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, QA officers, Helpdesk staff, Front-end & Back-end developers, Hardware Technicians, Programmers and System Analysts.
•Sourcing active and passive candidates using StackOverflow, Behance, Linked in and others.
•Collaborating with managers to write job descriptions and to identify future hiring needs
•Sourcing candidates internally- current employees and referral program
•Sourcing candidates externally- passive/ active candidates, social media and job boards
•Screening applications with ATS
•Preparing and assisting with employment assessments i.e. logical and numerical reasoning
•Conducting initial screening interviews and assisting with assessments
•Providing interview feedback, when necessary
•Monitoring key HR metrics, including the time to fill, time to hire and source of hire
•Preparing job offer letters and verifying references and qualifications
•Managing staff on-boarding & off-boarding
•Managing with the internship program and promoting it by visiting local colleges and schools
•Producing reports on staff turnover, retention, productivity and absenteeism
