I would like to enumeration the subjects and units were studied with short description: 1- Curriculum studies. This unit was about how to developing the curriculum. My research focused on the area of developing religious curriculum by discussing the issue of impact the social and ideological contexts of curriculum in Saudi Arabia". 2- Leadership for learning. It was about the influence of leadership for learning in the educational context. My final project was a background paper to inform the professional development framework for teachers in school in Saudi Arabia 3- Organisation for school education This unit focused on Educational Leadership from the perspective of serving and aspiring members of primary or secondary school leadership teams. My final project was Case study on the organisation of high school education under the title : "an examination of the role of leader effectiveness in Saudi female leaders in schools" 4- Current topic of education. The unit adopts a task based approach wherein the learning activities support the development, and demonstration, of authentic knowledge and skills required by innovative educators. My research was about Implementing student-centred approaches to learning in the classroom. 5- Individual educational project 1&2. two diffrent unit under to type of research. the First research was: The increase of teacher quality in Saudi Arabia: A comparison of Saudi and Australian teacher quality. The second research was: The interrelationships between school leadership in school-based management structures and school effectiveness: Implications for education service delivery in Saudi Arabia 6-Assessment issue: Explain and apply the principles of effective assessment both within and beyond the classroom context. My last research was on " what teachers need to do to ensure alignment of assessment in high school to build deep understanding to student learning?" 7-Leading the learning of new teachers. The role of mentoring, the career path development of the mentor, and succession planning for formal positions of leadership are considered. My research was: The teachers’ induction program. 8- Educational institution as organisation. This unit sought to establish a sound theoretical and professional basis for educational leadership by exploring the organisational nature of educational settings and examining the application of organisational theories in these settings. My last assignment was a case study about description and analysis of organisational dynamics. 9- Innovation and change in educational organisation. This unit sought to develop a sound understanding of the theory and practice of educational innovation and change, with particular emphasis on human aspects of change within educational organizations. My last assignment was a case study about towards a collaborating culture to apply a student-centred approach in the classroom 10- Learning technology in practice. This unit about how to integrate technology effectively into their classroom practice, and develop ICT-based learning designs based on appropriate selection and use of contemporary educational technologies. My last assignment was about design and create a technology-rich learning module in my relative context.
