Working for different automotive brands (national and international) such as Mercedes Germany- Switzerland-Austria, SEAT/Cupra, Ford, Renault, BMW, Audi, Skoda, VW, Land Rover etc, covering various tasks:
Gather and understand business needs and gaps to provide solutions that can be implemented in brand- specific Automotive-CRM.
Define integrations with third parties and systems.
Technical-functional analysis and translation into functional documentation.
Accompany the different teams (mainly development, project managers and test team) until development deliveries.
Managing change and enhancement requests for support projects.
Budget management and effort estimation for each project.
Launch of new brands on the market.
Pre-sales actions such as carrying out customer demonstrations for new customers and suggestions for existing customers in collaboration with the Key Account teams and the sales team.
Functional and technical consultant in the implementation of integrated media management projects for digital publishing media with French-speaking clients (France, Belgium) in the implementation of the Shipo project.
Support and participation in the production phases of Protecmedia solutions.
Functional analysis of processes, needs and software used by customers (SAGE, SAP...etc).
Weekly technical and functional training of the Shipo software to key users at French-speaking customers (CRM, Invoicing, Marketing Campaigns...etc).
Assistance and advice to the client in the different phases of the projects (Training, Software configuration, Developments, specifications, Interfaces, Migration, Start-up).
Assist the customer in the evolution of solutions and products, Control, configuration and continuous testing of installed solutions.
On-site call center support at the start of the Shipo project.
Writing reports of client meetings (Kick off, functional analysis...etc).
Coordination and communication with other internal and external teams (Development, Software, product management, marketing, digital publishing, pre-sales commercial advertising...etc)
International travel (about 50% time)
