Duties include but not limited to
• Support IBM Executives within the organization.
• Handle and organize calendars, dairies, travel schedules and expenses of managers.
• Handle logistics of events held both externally (internationally) and internally.
• Assist in other administrative tasks for the managers.
• Full Diary Management: - plan, organize and co-ordinate all meetings, often across regions and time-zones and ensuring managers have a clear view of their daily activities.
• Maintain records and implement tracker systems to keep managers up to date on all areas of activity such as travel, visa renewals, expenses, annual vacations.
• Prepare and submit all expenses in a timely fashion and according to company policy and monitoring and recording accurate records of payments to the corporate credit card and manager alike.
• Manage all international travel, including high risk countries, plan hotel/ground transport arrangements, prepare itineraries and arrange meetings; ensure all necessary expense and security approvals are acquired; responsible for obtaining all necessary visa and travel documentation.

• Manage and run the executive office of the Vice Chairman to follow up/ coordinate the day to day flow of
