 Job Title: Business Partner- Team Leader ( January 014 - Present)
( for the Shared Services)
• Support Talent Management process by working directly with business leaders to assist them in identifying their talent pool.
• Lead implementation of Performance Management process in the organization.
• Responsible for the promotion process of the employees with the aim of providing talent pipelines.
• Communicate with senior management team and assist them in issues related to Organizational Development and Talent Management section.
• Responsible for designing the technical training plan with the line managers in align with the career plan of each employee.

• Responsible for the Job Analysis & designing Job Descriptions for the organization with KPIs.

•Aligning with the Recruitment Team with the New Hires updates & management priorities.
