Involved in implementation of Ax Retail 2012 and D365 for 120 stores in different regions.
Involved in end to end implementation, configuration of below projects and designed FRD, FDD, SDD, Fit gap Analysis, communication plans, training manuals, Test scripts, UAT and Go live.
