Organize, maintain personnel records and update internal databases.
• Prepare and manage HR documents, like employment contracts, records and onboarding guides.
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
• Answer employees’ queries about Onboarding, Off Boarding, employment concerns and HR-related issues.
• Liaise with PRO for Visa processing - application & cancellation.

· Protect patient privacy and discarding Official data.
· Reporting to the team leaders about the progress and in case of change in laws and being hands on with new information to COVID-19 and laws related to it.
· Conduct pre-screening interviews with the candidate via telephone and maintain employee information, updating employment and status-change data in HRIS system. Compile and up-date employee records. (hard and soft copies)
· Submitting reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
· Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information, Organize documents and handling mails. Conduct orientation for new employees in the organization.

- Conduct telephonic interview or walk-in with job seekers
- Place final interviews with the clients and candidates
