 Creates, maintains and regularly updates client’s data base, profit and loss statement and other accessory sheets for internal management purposes.

 Conducts various audits by the start, end and also in the middle of billing cycle for management’s purposes.

 Maintains effective interdepartmental as well as intradepartmental communication (particularly with sales department and support department) in order to deliver quality solutions to the client.

 Demonstrates technical communication skills and product knowledge of the company.

 Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
