• Responsible for Project planning, progress monitoring, co-ordination of Design, evaluation of resources and Reporting using MSProjects/Primevera (only bar diagrame), SurvCAD, Land desktop2006 & MS office.
• Responsible for Execution of site work as per drawings provided by the client and also preparing shop drawings.
• Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Budget, method statement for the Project.
• Co- ordination with Client and Subcontractors for smooth functioning of project.
• Knowledge of Quantity surveying of work, preparation of Payment certificate for the projects, variation orders etc.

Rehabilating the building (commercial and residential) which had detoriated due to age factor and poor maintenance. Demolition of detoriated columns, beams and slabs and casting it again with the required strength. These works were executed without evacuation of the building.
