Responsibilities:
•Active participation through Blueprint preparation i.e. study of As-Is & To-Be process, mapping the same with SAP solution & Gap analysis, Design, Realization, Testing, Go Live and Stabilization activities.
•Developing the End-user Manuals, Test Cases & provide end user training.
•Part of the implementation team for FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AA, Cost Center Accounting modules.
•Configure ERP structure and Financial Accounting global settings: key settings being company code, Business area, fiscal year variants, field status variant, open and close posting periods, document types and number ranges and validations.
•Finalization of Chart of Accounts, foreign currency, GL Master, Recurring entries.
•Vendor master data configuration, Tolerance group, Automatic Payment Program, Invoice, Down payment, Integration with MM module.
•Customer master data configuration, Terms of payment, Integration with SD module.
•Defining Depreciation areas, terms, and periodic processing. Configuring Account Determinations, Depreciation Keys and Number Ranges for Asset Classes, Assets related activities, Inter-company transfers and Information system.
•Configuration of Tax Calculation Procedure, Tax Codes Creation and Withholding Tax Configuration.
•Creation of Cost element group, assignment, Actual postings and Information System.
•Creation of Functional specifications for ABAP developments (reports, enhancement, etc.).
•Preparation of LSMW data upload templates, testing and performing upload of GL balances both cumulative and line item wise including vendor, customer and asset master data via LSMW.
•Perform year end closing activities for the client.
