Calculating quantities of work done from drawing.
Qty Calculations Following IS 1200, Material Calculations and Reconciliation.
Drawing Checking in Terms of Quantity Calculation and Project Concept.
Preparing Quantity Take off for BOQ
Checking of contractors running bill and final bill along with all enclosures
Preparing rate analysis in case of extra items.
Taking inputs and joint records on progress of work from site execution engineers
Preaparation of Tender Document like Vol.I-GCC, SPCC, Vol.II TCC, Vol-III Bills of quantity and
tender floating, contractor’s query solving, MOM preparation & incorporation, Comparison
preparations with commercially and client check list for approval from management.
Checking of Tender Document provided by consultant.
Coordination with Project Execution team and designing team to meet requirement of project
completion date.
ERP Format Budget, BOQ Preparation, Material Creation, Preparation of WO, PO and Payment
Certificate in EPR and Approval from Authority on In4 Velocity Software.
Project Budget Calculation at Preliminary level, Tender Level and GFC Level, Reporting change in
Project rate and Justification.
o Looking after all technical details in site execution with referring all Drawings
o Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet an
agreed Programmed of deadlines.
o Giving Work Instructions & Monitor as per the Quality Norms.
o Supervise and monitor the site activities force through foreman, monitoring the work of any
subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
o Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are
adhered to.
o Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance,
to check whether the materials are as specified.
o Giving Regular flow to the Construction
o Prepare or modifying drawings as required
o Implementation and checking line out of structure
o Checking our MEP works
o Checking reinforcement & shuttering work
o Checking finishing works
o Calculating quantities of work done from drawing.
o Taking inputs and joint records on progress of work
