Johnson Controls is the main Security systems contractor KAIA Airport, which includes installation, Testing-Commissioning, integration of Security Access controls systems and visual surveillance system
Mainly my job profile includes below responsibility.
PROJECT: New King Abdul Aziz International Airport (KAIA) Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
-liaison between the Project manager/Construction manager and the technical disciplines
-schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for subcontractors and other technical activities relating to the project
-Undertaking site surveys
-Providing technical advice to sub-contractor & main contractor as per site condition and specification.
-Ensuring project meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
-Inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work.
-Ensuring construction QA/QC processes are being implemented at site.
-Coordination with main contractor & subcontractors to ensure completion of work as per approved shop drawings.
-Evaluating site team member’s performance.
-Checking and preparing various site reports, designs and as build drawings.
-Ensuring the availability of materials in store and approved brand are using at site.
-Ensuring site Safety; conducting Tool box safety talk on weekly basis
My main achievements:
-Handling multiple Zones for installation activities
-Johnson Controls training & Certification of Access Controls specialist and Physical Security Network Associate.
-Have played role of Mentor for my junior employees, this is in-order to trained them.
The core strength of the company is to design and develop solutions for clients in electronic security systems such as Access control systems, CCTV systems, Fire alarm systems and Intruder alarm systems, Entrance Control, RFID Systems
Reporting to Senior Project Manager.
Main responsibilities:
-Project’s Cadbury India Ltd (Mumbai & Baddi - India)
-Installation and commissioning of Access controls systems
-Co-ordinates Project activities within the department as per instruction from Project manager
-Coordinating with the clients, assist and support any technical persons in maximizing the performances.
-Generating, calibrating various reports
-Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems.
-Coordinates and follow-up with client for payment clearance.
-Submitting the daily reports for the further progress.

Attended Access Control training for Tyco EDCM controllers and ACE 200 Lite software

Cosmos Innovative Systems is a Facility maintenance and care of commercial or institutional buildings or convention centers. Duties may include the care of BMS, Electronic Security, air conditioning, electric power, and plumbing systems.
Reporting to Engineering Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
-Project: Hotel Hyatt Regency Mumbai
-Maintenance of BMS (Building management system) and HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) System as per client requirement.
-All the controls & operation of Chiller Plants, Cooling Tower, AHU, TFA, Exhaust Fan (HVAC).
-Effective and efficient trouble shooting related with control panel (DDC) of system according to wiring diagram in case of breakdown.
-Wiring & Loop checking of field instrument & control panel according to wiring diagram and control panel testing.
-Responsible for Maintenance, Configuring of building control systems as defined by the contract documents.
-Submitting various reports to client on regular basis.
