maintaining accounting records and documentation etc.

using IFS/ BUSY Accounting Software System.
• Preparing financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Handling treasury-related activities such as cash management and liquidity
monitoring.

• Develop audit plans and coordinate audit activities.
• Performing audits for business operations, finances, compliance with policies and
procedures.
• Overseeing audit planning and reporting activities according to established
policies.
• Supervising audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

• Reporting directly to an audit manager.
• Overseeing junior members of the audit team.
• Evaluating and completing reports for the audit.
• Monitoring the budget for the assignment.
• Verifying compliance with audit standards and regulations.

• Preparing final accounts and all other aspects of general accounting of the
company.
• Reviewing and verifying computations such as VAT, NBT and ESC.
• Conducting surprise cash counts and physical stock verifications.
• Drafting procedure manuals for client companies.

• Recording the processed work by verifying transactions and comparing reports.
• Recording entries, preparing salaries and wages including EPF, ETF
documentation.
• Maintaining Cash Book and doing monthly Bank and Cash Book Reconciliations.
