Receiving purchase order.
Responsible for the company development.
Preparation of drawings as per customer requirements.
Contact regular prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product feature and solicit orders.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitor products, prices and sales.
Using market data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
Enhancing up to date market knowledge on new products, procedure, services and tools.
Effectively attending conferences and trade shows.
Effectively conducting sales presentations by meeting customers physically.
Meeting existing customers regularly to determine other opportunities & emphasizing service or product features and benefits.
Responsible for the company development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Worked as a FM Engineer to maintain HVAC, MEP and Electrical works
• Coordinate all scheduled maintenance with impacted personal.
• Own the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and protocols for the Facilities services (inc. Permit to Work System and Emergency Procedures)
• Support the Maintenance activities of the department by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice, associated with the full range of services.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure facility-related issues within the building were dealt with effectively.
• Ensure operations are efficiently maintained by completing project functions on time and budget.
