Responsibilities & Duties
• Identify potential business opportunities to increase revenue, profit and market share.
• Manage the sales of new accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates, renewals, and revenue.
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our services offering to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
• Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
• Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
• Identify upsell, cross -sell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
• Generate progress reports of accounts status.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Prepares clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinates with marketing division, sales management, accounting and logistics.
• Creates and manages a customer value plan for highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
• Plans and organizes personal Rental Strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the assigned market segment.
• Keeps the higher management aware of the customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
• Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions.
