● Collects the field data by using the proper devices, equipment’s & techniques. and participate in the structural designs of the proposed structures requirements.
● Assist with writing engineering specifications of projects and Perform calculations and engineering evaluations.
● Control, monitor and inspect the construction work at the implementation sit of the dam protection methods, techniques and appliances in a close coordination with the Senior infrastructure engineer.
● Maintain daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs and marking the layout drawings.
● Supervise the workers during implementation of the protection techniques step by step and work to solve any conflict between them in a professional way.
● Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.as well as making sure that all of the workers are following the safety procedures.
● Prepare a full detailed daily report of the site activities.

● Register beneficiaries interested in the project through the registration tool and assess them for recruitment purposes.
● Directly manage labourer’s tasks within the site and monitor their work.
● Participate in recruitment process and Induction session for CFW labourers.
● Ensuring all the selected Cash for Worker participating in the project have the required documents for signing the contracts.
● Study the site geometrical in terms of area and terrain and determine the points to work.
● Focal Point (Management, Partner, Workers, Logistic, fleet)
● Community Engagement
● Prepare reports daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
● Managed teams of 7 staff and 210 workers at the same time and 1850 workers for the last 3 years
● Monitor and report on the project activities and ensure compliance with plans.
● Mobilize and Training labourer's, communities and community leaders for the implementation of the project activities.
● Oversees the daily work of CfW labourers.
● Liaise and follow up with authorities for the issuance of the permits needed for the implementation of the project.
● Follow existing referral SOPs.
● Tracks and maintains progress in line with the established project timeline.
● Responsible for attendance sheets, weekly payments and keep track of performance of labourer's and support the Team Leader in compiling payment requests. Carry out data collection and entry as required.
