• Control invoicing and Revenue recognition.
• Control AR and collection actions to avoid any LOAR.
• Control and Follow up taxation “ Tax, S.T, Payroll tax and WHT.”

• Represent HR department in Egypt and responsible for all new Hire and ongoing workforce assessment and monthly/ quarterly review.
• Represent Facility department in Egypt and responsible for branch three buildings facilities.
• Represent IT department in Egypt and responsible for all network and HW & SW issues.
• Preparing the WCS year plan for area and countries.
• Analyze variance between Year plan and Actual results and work with WCS management to take corrective actions
• Review all new contracts to ensure profitability
• Follow up the Revenue recognition.
• Preparing monthly outlook for area and countries.
• Review all the monthly transactions to ensure if financially accepted.
• Preparing monthly Variance analysis for area and countries.
• Preparing monthly File value "Annuity contracts" report for area and countries.
• Monitoring monthly AR and manage the AR to avoid any LOAR.
• Directing the countries in all financial transaction to ensure complain with financial polices and yearly plan.
• Consolidating File value for MEA are "18 countries ".
• Support long term financial decision
