-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities as well as existing customer up-sell potentials that will result in significantly new and add-on business within the client and region.
-Create and implement account development strategies that will significantly enhance growth through researching and planning for future prospects.
-Plan their target/meeting schedule on quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis.
-Daily liaison with the commercial team to provide and share information to ensure that customers are receiving excellent customer service and suppliers provide consistent services.
-Lead the retail team during agreed shift hours in order to Control.
-Coordinate and schedule the daily operations including Sales.
-Service delivery and provision of service of all (Saleco) VIVA Products & Services.
-Continue assisting subordinates with daily sales activities & handling customers.
-Lead the team in achieving sales targets with maximization of efficiency.
-Effectiveness and customer satisfaction; to retain existing customers and attracting new prospects.
-The jobholder has extensive external contacts with mass market.
-Dealing with external supplier (i.e. mobile supplier).
-The jobholder has extensive internal contacts with Main office various departments/units as well as contacts with VIVA’s various departments and officials.
-Assist shop manager in monitoring the conditions of the visual merchandising & shop look & feel during the shift hours & reporting any issues to concerned department.
-Promote and cross-sell Sale-co’s (VIVA) full range of products and services face-to-face in order to increase revenue and achieve Retail Shops targets & Mystery shopping target
