MEP Construction manager for EMAAR Beach front at Dubai Harbor - Beach vista residential towers
- 2 High rise residential towers, GF + mezzanine + 5 Podiums + 33 floors
- Full MEP systems, Chilled water system, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical etc.
- Responsible to plan, manage, execute, complete and handover

Project management for a Retail center Project at Al Barsha area featuring 11 buildings with large supermarkets and covered Walkway
- All MEP systems (Chilled water, ventilation, FF, Plumbing, Electricity and Gas systems)
- Managing and planning work execution, team organizing, reporting & Documentation
- Managing material and work QA/QC, delivery and Invoicing for works and material
- Solving work problems and bottle neck issues
• Manage the overall Project from award of contract till project completion.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion.
• Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the Project.
• Manage project cash flow, financial statements, activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
• Responsible for managing Staff and Labors in the project.
• Ensure timely project submittals and obtaining relevant approvals; (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs, etc.)
• Arrange all clearances, approvals, permissions, etc. as may be required from time to time from any of the statutory authorities during the execution of the Project.
• Schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program with the Planning Engineer.
• Represent the company in all project related meetings with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and reporting to the Division Manager.
• Manage resource mobilization. Preparation of As Built documents, Operation & Maintenance Manuals for the client.
• Ensure successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.
Project Management including, coordination, contract administration, planning, Quality / Risk management and follow up of different projects
Project management for projects with special contractual and technical matters
Responsible of overall Project Planning, design study, technical and financial matters in addition to cost management, team leading for installation of Mechanical & Electrical equipment’s for two Railway Interlocking, Signaling & Telecommunication Projects
Project Consortium with SIEMENS TS and NSN for Supplying, installation and operation, rehabilitation of 40 railway stations including 855 km open line cables and 400 km Optical Fiber Cable installation
