I help people who visit our website www.airfare.com to book flights throughout the world, To make any reservations, Changes, Cancellations by (Amadeus System), Also fix any Payment Problems or any flights which is unable to be Confirmed by the airlines, Also call the banks for verifications just to make sure that Credit Card information are a match and that the booking is good to go Simultaneously, The Most People I Speak to are Americans and Canadians because the Most flights depart from USA AND CANADA, My current Company is a well known and reputable Company as it has been in business for over 30 years and was one of the First Consolidators to go on-line in 1995, It Also had a Business Contract with KAYAK.COM which means more than 1000 Tickets have been booking per day, I Receive more than 60 Call everyday, and I didn't ever felt that i was NOT happy but vice versa i like to help people and make them happy and Satisfied, I used to do that all the time, I have been in the Company for 3 years, for sure i DID Gain a lot of great Experience dealing with all kind of people all over the world, I got good Communication Skills Qualifying me for this Job like (Patient, Sociable, Calm, , Friendly, have the ability to work under stress and under pressure, have the ability but used to work in a teamwork), So I'd like to get a job in the Customer Service Field Cause i am assigned for this kind of job, , For sure that will be awesome.Thanks
