Working for the hospitality division of the group and managing the department.
Revised HR Policies and Procedures for the Hotel, later after shifting to Head Office, I have drafted, the whole procedure manual at group level.
- RECRUITMENT SELECTION: Job Advertisement, Personnel Requisition. Interview and Written Tests. Employee Evaluation Probation and Confirmation. Employee Reference Check. Introduction of Management Trainee Program.

* TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: Identifying training needs, based on its analysis creating training schedules. Introduced Staff Probation and Confirmation procedures.
* COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Setting up salary scales and job bands. Designing and implementing compensation policies. Implementing Performance Appraisal System. Monthly Payroll and Attendance for each month, Preparing Leave Settlement and Final Settlements on resignations/terminations.
* EMPLOYEE RELATION: Staff welfare activities. Arranging different events (Staff Annual Party, National Days and Birthday Parties) Staff Motivational schemes (Introducing Employee of the Year Program). Staff lodging and dinning, monitoring and scheduling for Staff Cafe and Café menu. Scheduling Staff transport. Employee Grievance Handling, Disciplinary action on different cases, Staff induction and orientation programs,
* HR OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION: Exit Interviews, Conducting Job Satisfaction Surveys, Administering and Managing Staff Cafeteria, Daily HR Operations. Maintaining Hygiene Standards in cafe'. Administering Staff Accommodation. Basic Hygiene training at all levels esp. Kitchen Department. HACCP awareness and implementation.
