1. Responsible of all functions, reports, statistics, disbursement, documentatation related to the Bank's borrowing customers.
2. Act as an internal complience officer to insure abidance to the Central Bank's regulations & eliminate possibility for money laundry.
3. Insure full compliance to the Bank's policies & Procedures to protect the interest of both the Bank & customers.
4. Lead a team of 15 employees: 10 clerks, 3 supervisors & 2 managers in addition to an administrative assistant..
5. Work closely with the IT Dept. to automate any manual process in order to eliminate human erorrs, reduce time wasted & labor excess.
6. Authorized signature on behalf of EAB.
7. Dealing with all the external auditing parties such as, Central Auditing Org., Amex loan examiners, etc.
8. Review & approve with the Quality Assurance all flowcharts and policies & Procedures related to the operational processes of the Bank's products in both Centers & Branches.
9. Watching the payments of interest & commission due on the corporate clients & report deviations.
10. Insure that all disbursements are within the approved/valid limits & disbursed to finance the approved purpose. Finally, disbursements are fully covered by the approved & acceptable collateral.
11. Work closely with the Restructure & Recovery Unit in order to reach settlement agreements meet the Bank's interest regarding the classified accounts.
12. Handling all substandard accounts & co-ordinate with Legal Dept. regarding warnings & further legal actions. And in the other hand co-ordinate with the Financial Administration for the reserves issue.
13. Re-engineer any process regularly in order to achieve what is best for the customers & for protecting the Bank's right.
14.Lead the documentation team who's responsible of receipt the documents, scanning, achieving, filling & protesting P/N's.
15.Prepare the annual appraisals for all the officers & propose the percentage of the annual increase.

Loans Adminstration Section Head at Egyptian American Bank

8.Handling Borrowing documentation and follow up temporary waivers and expiry dates.
9.Reporting all sub-standard accounts to Fin. Admin. for the reserves purposes and to the CBE in case of legal action.
10.Watching the repayment of the interest & commission due on clients & report any unpaid amount to senior managment.
11.Daily review of all collateral-s & securities and report any deviations.
12.Report all past dues to senior managment.
13.Work closely with the restructure & recovery unit to reach settlement agreements and follow up the repayment schadule.
14.Asist in writing the bank's Policies & procedures.
