Reporting to the president, my main responsibilities are to build the strategic plan and the IT vision to achieve the business objectives and to manage the IT organization across the university business strategic
and lead a proper training plan for the employees in all aspects in addition to improve all the key users in each department.

Recruited to upgrade and replace obsolete technologies at this organization with more than 300 users in 14 remote locations. Hire, train, develop and lead 11 IT professionals supporting Agility operations worldwide, LAN/W AN, security and systems infrastructure.
Achievements:
• Played key role in setting up Exceed WMS systems across all Jordan sites
• Built DC and DR site in addition to the network infra for all Agility Jordan sites
Accountabilities:
• Lead and Build the ERP Exceed Warehouse Management System WMS.
• Manage and improve the WMS for all agility/ Jordan sites.
• Supported logistics organization in Realtime tracking of shipments, transportation and warehousing
• Functioned as member of the management team involved in determining and leading the IT
solutions. Designed/ set up IT infrastructure, DC and DR sites for 10 sites
• Defining/ implementing IT solutions, managing ICT to improve processes integration across supply chain
