™ Handling efficiently the procurement activities related to HVAC, Distribution boards, Switchgears, Cables & Cables
accessories, Fire Fighting equipment, Earthling items, Testing & Measuring Instrumentation, PVC pipes & fittings and
Electrical and associated spare parts, Consumables.
™ Establishing yearly and bi-yearly Supply Agreements with Vendors for highly consumed material among the company
projects including the Construction Consumables, PPE’s, Power Tools, Welding Tools, Lifting & Safety Tools to centralize
projects’ procurement plan worldwide.
™ Dealt with the projects’ material requirements commercially and technically by providing them with a comprehensible
cost comparison sheet summarizing all price offers and narrowing the various options to decide on the best one.
™ Contact local & international suppliers to send Request for Quotations (RFQ’s), review their Technical & Commercial
offers in order to ensure that project requirements are met.
™ Negotiate the commercial terms (prices, payment and delivery terms) and conditions with the short listed bidders.
™ Preparing Mobilization procurement plan for new projects and providing support to the project team at the
mobilization stage.
™ Visit factories and suppliers’ plants to ensure quality of materials and proper safety procedures.
™ Run periodic operation reports to monitor work progress, increase productivity and develop cost saving action plans.
™ Support logistic team and follow up with POs/DNs, etc. to complete shipments within ETA dates and as per agreed
Inco terms.
™ Establishing & Developing Supplier Database for the Company so that a range of suitably competent sources of supply
is available.
™ Prepare 90 days look ahead plan according to the latest schedule, milestones, client requests, site priorities and
earn values
™ Prepare manpower study based on latest plan considering the site priorities and conditions in order to get the
suitable manpower distribution on site.
™ Inspection & testing of electrical equipment (for LV SWGR, Transformers, UPS systems, AC Generators &
Cables)
™ Assistance in commissioning & start-up of electrical systems at site.
™ Prepare and track the constraints for targeted activities in order to minimize the risks.
™ Prepare and review the monthly payments based in the earned values.
™ Draft and review all official correspondences for client, suppliers and sub-contractors.
™ Check and review the IFC/workshop drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, table of finishing.
-Implemented Systems:
MV-LV Power distribution system, small power, earthing, lighting, fire alarm, public address, air aspiration, BMS,
HVAC, fire protection (IG541, FOAM & Pre-Action), chilled water, storm water & water supply.
™ Preparation of electrical power system calculations. This including load analysis, short circuit, cables sizing,
power factor improvement calculations.
™ Preparing load analysis.
™ Construction Site visits for supervision of electrical systems installations and coordination with Site team.
