- Install, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and firewalls.
- Perform network Security design and integration
- Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
- Provide network and host based security, incident response, firewall and VPN management and administration.
- Monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions
- Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices.
- Support All EMP external customers Connection (Site-to-Site VPN) and ensure That they can Access all services Inside EMP.
- Support all EMP internal users ( connectivity - IP-phones- UTM filtering - Internal FW rules to access all services in different zones - Internet connection)
- Monitor all external Connections ( Internet - LL ) and calculate consumed BW.
- Generate all IP-Phones call reports from call accounting.
- Managed Devices (Cisco ASA FW - FortiGate FW - Aruba Switches - Aruba Controller - Aruba Wireless Access Points - Cisco Access Point- Avaya Call Center )
- Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
- Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
- Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
