Working as a Project Manager for Package 13 JSDP (Jeddah Stormwater Drainage Program), This Phase of the JSDP, involves the major works required to expand and upgrade the upstream attenuation via construction of a series of new Dams, and within the city via upgrading and expansion of primary network channels and discharge systems and new trunk system of outfalls. This project involves construction of Dams, spillways, Rectangular & Trapezoidal Channels, Swales, Roads & Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts.

Planning Phase:
o Reviewing the project execution plan (PEP) and the scope of work.
o Checking the drawings and make comment before IFC (issued for construction) stamp.
o Reviewing the project baselines: (schedule, scope and cost)
o Reviewing ITPs (Inspection and Testing Plan) for quality.
Executing Phase:
o Checking the sites and manpower on a daily bases and make daily reports.
o Signing the RFI’s (Request for Inspection).
o Reviewing submittals and provide comments.
Monitoring and Controlling Phase
o Making change orders (Scope of work, agreed list of quantities, required manpower and man hour)
o Resolve technical issues that rise in the project.
o Writing official letters to contractor management.
Designed a new change request project: Irrigation by-pass to wadi through remotely controlled MOV (Motor Operated Valve).
o Made a rough sketch for the drawing to be sent to consulting office to finalize it.
o Made a rough estimate for the project to be sent to management.

• Worked as Material Engineer for CO2 Project (CARBON DIOXIDE CAPTURE & INJECTION
FACILITES) for Aramco
o Arrange the daily and monthly meetings and make weekly report to the manager.
o Assigned engineer for the pipeline connecting Hawiyah and Uthmaniya.
o Generate the Documents no. and serial no. from the Deliverable list for the whole project (piping, instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, civil, architecture and project)
o Collecting the notes form P&ID drawing and making a full report.
