 Joined the company on inception in 2011; assigned responsibility for managing IT Project Management Office (PMO) as a project director. Established direction and specific goals for managing IT implementation.
 Tasked with introducing a high level of automation and a digital environment for the entire hospital utilising HIMSS Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model (EMRAM), with focus on achieving stage 7 within two years.
 Developing and executing an IT strategy plan consisting of a complex, robust and secured infrastructure set-up and deployment of more than 60 different types of applications with high degree of integration and automation.
 Enforcing IT security policies to safeguard IT Investments.

 Established and communicated strategic IT vision and plan in alignment with overall business strategy and goals related to revenue growth, profitability and cost effectiveness.
 Led 11 hospitals and 3 support services while coordinating IT policy, strategy, standards, common approaches, shared services and sourcing arrangements.
 Formulated IT strategic plan covering infrastructure needs, transactional systems, informational systems, etc.; assumed daily responsibility of IT operations.
 Established IT architecture roadmap for addressing stakeholder requirements including patients, physicians, staff and payers while consolidating and standardising group operations.
 Supported digital move by introducing a centralised Electronic Medical Records (EMR) environment whereby patients had one medical record across 11 hospitals. Facilitated Computerised Physician Order Entry (CPOE), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), various ancillaries systems (pharmacy, laboratory, rehabilitation, dietary, etc.) and end-to-end financial systems.
 As head of the Group IT, managed four main departments - IT infrastructure/operations/governance/programme office.
