1. Act as a local sanctioner with a discretion authority up to EGP 4.2M.
2. Managing a team of 4 players to ensure that credit applications are appropriately prepared, the business is processed accurately, while providing them with the required coaching.
3. Develop practical and appropriate credit solutions (i.e. lending structures) through understanding customer's needs.
4. Deliver high quality and consistent credit applications, making recommendations.
5. Monitor and control nominated accounts within designated portfolios.
6. Maintain data integrity and update financial information.

1. Managing a team of 2 players to handle the credit portfolio of 2 regions (Red Sea / upper Egypt, Delta / Port Said) which contains 10 branches.
2. Ensuring that credit risk is properly assessed and safely calculated by Egypt branches with adherence to bank’s credit policy manual and local authority’s general credit policy.
3. Review presented credit applications to grant or renew credit facilities, ensuring proper Credit, Financial, Risk analysis and prospect indicators are performed.
4. Recommending proposals to Regional Credit Committee in order to reach the proper quality credit decision and following up branch’s compliance for imposed terms and conditions.
5. Developing and improving loan quality, controls and implementation of new ideas and credit tools to match with market and credit requirements.
6. Recommends the appropriate action in case of misusage of facilities is discovered and to regularly monitor Past Dues as well as following up the remedial cases under concerned area & report irregularity to Credit Committee.
7. Perform Market studies, portfolio statistics and represent NBAD in the Federation of Egyptian Banks.
8. Assessment of retail credit proposals presented to Credit Committee.
9. Assist account officers in the Region in all credit matters, when needed.

4. Responsible for fully secured credit facilities and staff loans.
5. Marketing and assist in retail products.

Main Duties:
1. Responsible for all L/G’s (Letters of Guarantee), L/C’s (Letters of Credit) and Documentary Collection in branch.
2. Issue local and external L/G’s to customers.
3. Follow up with outstanding L/G’s either for cancellation or for further extension.
4. Handle client’s import activities through documentary collection.
5. Follow up the documentary collection status with Beneficiary banks via SWIFT.

Other Duties:
1. Credit Department (Prepare and renew customer’s credit approval).
2. Follow up with proceeds of assigned contracts from customers.
3. Responsible for fully secured credit facilities and staff loans.
4. Handle marketing Activities in branch and follow up with existing customers.

1. Internal Audit.
2. In charge of petty cash expenses and issuing checks.
3. Prepare the monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
4. Prepare the monthly Statement of Accrued Expenses.
