o Lead and manage the Bridges Sector across the firm towards achieving the targets included in the Transportation Sector business plan.
o Define and implement the Bridges Sector’s strategy.
o Develop and promote the business, oversee delivery, enforce policies and procedures, ensure quality, manage cost, capacity and utilization.
o Attract, develop and standardize bridges design capabilities across the entire firm.

o Manage and leading the structural Department team in the firm which consists of 25
engineers and draftsmen.
o Provide technical consultancy support of for the design process.

o Revise, check and approve final designs carried out by consultants.
o Provide on-site structural consultancy Support for supervising consulting firms.
o Monitor and coordinate between different contractors and supervising consultants.
Research work related to seismic performance of RC flared column bridges.
