• Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the
sales and marketing functions and to facilitate
integration with other departments such as Operations and Finance.
• Conduct sales meetings with prospects and clients.
• Provide sales analysis for changes in techniques or promotional efforts to improve sales performance.
• Provide product training for the new clients and follow up with the existing clients.
• Plan and implement strategies to market Xerox equipment and services to user and non-user accounts.
• Maintain a large base of qualified prospects through phone

• Deliver an established number of Xerox proposals to clients on a monthly basis.
• Demonstrate Xerox equipment and software advantages.
• Close business and ensure a problem-free install; provide
after-sales support.
• Communicating with prospect clients, mainly FMCG & communication companies.
• Preparing proposals and cost estimate.
• Delivering presentations to prospects and clients.
• Meeting prospects and clients at their premises.
• Overseeing project execution and Insuring customers'
satisfaction
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific
targets and to project the number of contacts to be
made.
• Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
• Establishing new business leads in the market place and insuring satisfaction for existing clients.
• Be knowledgeable and up-to-date about all of EYP
products
• Recommend appropriate sizes and formats of EYP
products.
• Handling layouts for clients and following collections
