IRADA, the EPC program was established in 2002, funded by the Ministry of Planning and International. It provides its services through 26 field centers, supported by a Central Support Unit.
IRADA goals are: enhancing the social and economic development in rural and poor communities, addressing problems of poverty and unemployment, and creating new job vacancies.
IRADA encourages individuals in local communities to invest in viable income-generating projects, assists existing enterprises improve or expand.

Quality wise, we conduct community awareness sessions through introductory lectures and training for local communities, business training to educate basic skills for implementing QMS and business consulting to SMEs to encourage project owners acquire Quality Management Certification( ISO, HACCAP, Global Gap).

Duties and responsibilities:
-Prepare the annual business plan for the middle region centers, in coordination with the GM & other (north and south) region managers,
-Monitor the status and guide centers on periodic basis to ensure their activities and assignments are completed and their targets are achieved within available resources.
-Assemble the team on monthly basis to assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of targets.
-Assist and coordinate with the managers of quality, training, finance and IT departments to monitor and evaluate the field centers performance against the set KPIs and identify gaps and advise for improvement recommendations.
-Communicate with clients (project owners) to ensure their requirements are met and their needs are satisfied.
-Create and maintains essential on-line documentation, such as center's weekly meetings, monthly training plans and financial expenses.
