Role:
* Design, planning, execute and control a set of strategic SCM standards and implement it into day to day operation,
enhance the contractual T&C to the best practices, conduct training in contemporary SCM by using semi automated system
that ensure near-accuracy in warehouse ledgers and periodic counting.
Highlights:
* Designed and implemented the complete supply chain processes, systems, policies and procedures in the company.
* Acquire dewatering pumps and generators for the full financial year using modernized negotiation tactics.
* Attract new approved vendors and squeezed the liabilities by 30%

SCM - Modernization and asset control
* Overall control on procurement department starting from the initiation of the PR till the delivery of the materials and
equipment.
* Conducting periodic (weekly and Bio-monthly) meeting with the operation to discuss the latest SCM progress and issues
that would support operation.
* Leveraging the current stock all over KSA and Bahrain to ensure maximum utilization of the equipment and materials and to

Logistics
