Highlights and Key Responsibilities as medical director / operational manager(May ’09 - Present):
• Played a key role in designing the 1st model management in Jeddah body consisting of the sections and administrative organization to ensure sequential workflow.
• Instrumental in creating unit studies/statistics and future planning in compliance with the set policies.
• Instituted field Consultative Committee State branch in Jeddah, a unit built for discussing and exchanging views between leaders and officials working in Ambulatory services .
• Provided guidance, leadership, oversight, quality assurance and for professional control at all stations for the medical ambulatory process carried out within a predefined area with respect to the Saudi red crescent services i.
• Designed plans/strategies for State services within the province and presented the same to the senior authorities for further consideration and confirmation.

Highlights and Key Responsibilities as Medical Director (Apr ’09 - May ‘09):
• Established field medical supervision department and offered medical guidance to the ambulatory teams if in need of urgent medical support.
• Set up support unit and backing field for providing specialized medical support in the ambulatory stations on any malfunctioning in the ambulances or medical devices.
• Developed and implemented best practices for the infection control at all authority stations.
• Organized special training program for the employees at the stage of pre-medical hospitalization and maintained a motivated team and attained high service levels.
• Ensured the availability of all equipment/medical consumables needed to deal with any emergency cases at all ambulatory stations.
• Monitoring the stocks and sterilized medical instruments for all ambulatory operating stations at the holy places of Mecca and Haram al-Sharif (more than 120 points), auditing usage and accordingly authorizing orders to ensure continual supply with minimal idle stock.

• Ensuring allocation of workers for medical vaccines approved by the Saudi Ministry of Health in the Hajj and Umrah seasons for dealing with the infectious diseases.
• Confirming the physical status of all workers in the Hajj and Umrah seasons and coordinating with the government/private hospitals for receiving health care services for all the employees.
• Generating daily reports and plans for the work of the team and submitting the same to the senior for taking further corrective actions.

• Actively participated in any disaster or mass casualties during off-duty personnel.
• Delivered efficient ambulance response and superior pre-hospital patient care through excellence in training and kept abreast with the emerging technology.
• Provided the first point of access to health care for a wide variety of patient conditions, ranging from life-threatening emergencies to chronic illness and social care.
