To manage all the sales related activity of the company.
Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying
trends to the management.
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
Sales Executive
• Analyze major companies & project subcontractors to generate new business.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings for introduction of Industrial equipments.
• Retain existing company’s contracts and prepare tender for new contract opportunities.
• Frequently visit offices & get feedback about the products & services for value added customer service.
• Prepare weekly sales report to superiors.
• Prepare quotation based on enquiry.
• Follow up quotation & feedback from customers.
• To handle customer queries.
• To generate new sales strategies.
• Analyze our competitors & pricing, quality.
• Prepare enquiry logo & sample delivery note
