Prepare outgoing debt advices to other UN agencies/ entities which the mission has supported on reimbursement basis.
Review incoming IOV reports & notify Accounts division UNHQ immediately on any queries & missing information.
Prepare out-going HQ IOV reports supported with appropriate documents & scanned documents to UNHQ for settlement, and also respond to queries from HQ & provide requested documents & required clarification.
Examine and record financial transactions and prepare remittances for disbursements.
Prepare end of month ageing recievables report which is part of the RSCE/missions' financial statements.
Draft/process memoranda and /or faxes to various missions and UN Headquarters.
Rectify the errors & notify payroll/vendor to proceed & pay the affected parties.
Respond to any queries about un received payment of staff MSA & salaries.
