• Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
• Direct developing and maintaining timely and accurately financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in according with International Financial Reporting Standers (IFRS) and Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) - lead, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensures protection of company assets, internal control, internal auditing, and assuring proper insurance coverage.
• Supervises the implementation of any new Financial systems or programs and ensures proper staff orientation and training on those systems.
• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls .
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk .
• Use all functions like (BanK facilities - Cash collections - supplier credit - ….. ) to Optimal use for working capital and preparation of cash flows ( anualy - monthly - on daily basis with 6 days cash flow projections).
• Prepare annual budgets according to Company’s strategic operational / business plans .
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including
1) The Egyptian Exchange.
2) The Egyptian Tax like ( Withholding Tax, Income Tax, Payroll
Tax, Property Tax and VAT Tax).
3) The Egyptian Organization of social insurance.
• Prepare and maintain an internal control system and provide recommendation for improvement it .
• Responsible about the control & the accuracy of the workflows in the ERP.
• Coordinate and oversee the monthly and annual closing of accounts for prepare the financial statement .
• Manage the accounting function and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement .
• Cooperate with financial auditors, to prepare and fulfill all audit requirements needed to complete the audit and obtain audited financial statements.
• Hire, train, and build the finance department team when necessary .
• Supervising staff, Ensure KPIs set are relevant and reported in a timely manner, investigating any variance and taking corrective action where required, Ensure the proper organization, staff levels, roles and performance of the Finance Team.

® Lead and Provides supervision to the team work of audit and coordination between auditors and companies to achieve the Audit procedures .
® Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
® Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
® Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
® Report to audit manager abut audit results.
