• Provide coaching in the use of IT equipment and software to the staff in Khartoum
• Ensure proper use of IT material (kept out of dust, cleaned by users, doc saved properly)
• Brief all new expats on IT materials usage, mostly laptop computers and filing.
• Provide full ICT technical support to MSF Belgium - Sudan Mission
