Job Descriptions: Oversee HR processes, including but not limited to:

* Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for employees.
* Maintain up-to-date employee records, attendance, and leave tracking (Excel).
* Process monthly payroll including overtime, advances, loans, and other statutory deductions.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws; handle EOBI, PESSI Portals and related cases.
* Manage employee codes, digital/physical files, and final settlements for exits.
* Support grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
* Coordinate technical training programs and training records.
* Prepare HR reports (including Turnover report, Vacancy rate, Absenteeism reports etc.)

Job Descriptions: Oversee HR processes, including:

* Post job openings on relevant platforms, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
* Facilitate new hire on-boarding and maintain updated records in HRIS software and employee files.
* Maintain attendance records, prepare and process payroll, handle EOBI & PESSI registration/contributions, and prepare final settlements.

Assist in recruitment: advertising, screening, interviews scheduling, on-boarding, evaluations, and employee relations.
Maintain up-to-date employee data, benefits, and payroll records in Microsoft Excel.
Oversee training of novice employee, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support in daily company operations.
