Roles and responsibilities:
Post-Contract:
• Preparing of interim valuations.
• Scheduling and execution of subcontract agreements.
• Process subcontractor payments.
• Maintain Logs of Insurances, Notifications, valuation & Claims.
• Prepare Variation proposal, Calling RFQs and prepare price Analysis.
• Pricing variation claims.
• Preparing and issuing correspondence / Notices.
• Preparation of Cost to Complete and Cost value reconciliation report (CVR).
Project Involved: FIFA World Cup 2022 (Stadiums 8 Nos and Training Venues 26 Nos)
Roles and responsibilities:
Pre-Contract:
• Prepare all tender/request for quotation and contract documentation.
• Commence the renewal process for Term Contracts before the date of expiry of the contract.
• Administer and manage the contracts, including quotation/tenders, processing quotations and tender submission.
• Making Technical and Commercial Evaluations Recommendations to Client for award of the tendered contracts.
• Administer and manage the (LPO) contracts for minor works and making award recommendations to Client.
• Prepare a list of commonly engaged contractors required to source for quotes as and when needed.
• Host Pre and Post Tender meetings as required and respond to all Tender Queries and PTC.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of categorized Procurement/Tender Status Reports
Post-Contract:
• Process the contractor’s IPC and recommending payments.
• Review and respond to contractor's requests for Commercial clarification / information.
• Provide cost and financial reports to the Employer including valuations of work carried out and completed.
• Administering Change Management.
• Managing cash flows.
• Study the Original SOW (legacy works) and determine changes for cost impact.
• Assessing VOs & CIA.
• Negotiating with contractor & client to reach cost agreements on changes.
• Maintain VO log.
