• (GSM/WCDMA/LTE) Area Owner and Optimizer for the most Traffic/Users area in Zain Jo Network
• Expertise in Monitoring and analyzing the (GSM/WCDMA/LTE) Radio KPIs for Network level/ Area level on daily basis in order to improve network quality performance
• Daily KPIs monitoring and perform a benchmark to detect any Abnormal/ degradation and provide the solution to recover
• Health Monitoring/ Troubleshooting Analysis and Optimization for Area’s Top Worst Cells to recover/ improve the KPIs
• Daily performance reports, trending traffic and focus on worst performing cells
• Make weekly/monthly technical presentations and reports for area and cluster coverage and quality enhancements
• Investigate and troubleshoot (HW issues, feeders swap, ..etc) and coordinate with Field Riggers to resolve these issues
• Conduct field drive test by using TEMS Investigation for problematic Site Radio performance to improve field Coverage, Quality of service and Customer experience
• Drive test reporting and analysis using TEMS Discovery, ACTIX to enhance network coverage and quality of service
• Optimize and tune radio parameters and antenna configurations (azimuth, height and E/M tilt) to improve the KPIs statistics in order to grant users the best service experience (CS and PS)
• Analyze Network performance and implement Trials/ New Features to enhance Network KPIs and performance based on targeted services for end users
• Adjusting (2G/3G/4G) Radio parameters to enhance and achieve target KPI’s and Neighboring/Capacity Audit
• Continuous cell traffic re-engineering, coverage planning and capacity planning for best balanced and utilized network resources for both networks GSM, WCDMA and LTE.
• Utilize Optimization tools like U2000, PRS, mAOS, Nastar and Astellia for Analysis and optimization activities
• Follow up and handling CXO Level/ VIP Customer complaints in a professional manner and ensure high Customer Satisfaction,
• BSS Team:
- Analyzing network KPIs in order to improve network quality performance.
- Very Good experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Very Good experience in Business Object, PRS and Map Info.
- Trained to optimize 2G and 3G system to achieve what's needed in covering Area and the
quality of services by doing the following things:-
-- Understanding GSM Network's structure.
-- Understanding UMTS Network structure.
-- Monitoring the sites and the statistics related to the Service of this site.
-- Understanding the signaling operation's in GSM network.
• RF Team:
- Site Survey for new sites to achieve coverage and capacity targets.
- Follow up on Customers Complaints and ensure high Customer Satisfaction.
- Analyzing drive test data.
- Designed In-Building Solution for Signal Enhancement.
- Very Good experience in Testing tools like Nemo Handy.
- Familiar with Pico Repeater and Cel-Fi (Cell Phone Signal Booster) solutions.
• Transmission Team/ Fiber:
- Testing optical fiber links by using different optical testing devices such as (Optical Time
Domain Reflectometer (OTDR), and analyzing the test results
- Splicing fiber (Fusion Splicing).
- Repairing any fiber cuts that might happen or any other physical faults on the existing network.
