Project Manager in Customs Development Department, the pipeline where all initiatives and projects get implemented and deliver, as project manager I am responsible to deliver all documented business needs, define and apply the right methodology to deliver, lead, direct employees to achieve the Project’s goals, involved in control and mentor the work delivered and assist the final product, market and organize lunching events if needed. Finally, delivering the final product or project which consider one of the pieces that implement the Organization Strategy and contributing into Dubai and UAE Strategy.

Planning, monitoring and controlling small and medium projects by applying appropriate methodologies.
Implements change control and acceptance procedures that conform to the chosen project methodology.
Management of the assigned resources required (IT and/or 3rd parties /suppliers) for the project.
Identification of issues and assessment of risk throughout the project life. Recommends mitigation actions.
Taking accountability for the project financials. Produces and maintains a project budget.
Host other project related tasks as delegated by the project manager

Responsible for daily projects, long-term research, evaluation, data projects and programs for multiple users. Work with DIB staff to maintain and develop project management systems, prepare project plans, monitor activities and costs against plans, and provide status reports and forecasts for quality control, invoicing, and planning. Also lead projects to achieve objectives with high customer satisfaction, within budget, and timelines.
