• Level one inspection (L1) essentially involves the four senses (sight, hearing, touch, and smell) such as overheating, excessive vibration, leaks.
• Carrying out all inspection and preventive maintenance activities required to ensure plant integrity and reliability for safe and effective operation and maintenance (bag filters, screw compressors, bucket elevators, pulleys, belts, hydraulic units, bearings, centrifugal fans, mills, crushers, rotary kiln, and packing plant … etc.).
• Taking vibration measurements weekly for all plant equipment to see the technical condition using portable vibrometer shock pulsation meter (SPM).
• Carrying all inspection report activities in oracle system, record all faults of all equipment in work order follow up sheet with serial number of all equipment and send it to the department of mechanics or preparation.
• Specific inspections (SI), balancing rotors both on-site using portable analyzer, alignment jobs, gear boxes checks, bearings specific & clearance measurement.

Jet Engine Intermediate Maintenance (J85-GE-21C/13).
Sent to Jordan Airmotive Ltd.co (JALCO) by RJAF to accomplish some duties for (40) week 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013.
Responsibilities:
• Supervisor for intermediate maintenance and team leader for (40) aircraft engine technicians in (JEIM SHOP) and (25) technicians in (T53) Engine overhaul shop.
• Responsible for ensuring all maintenance requirements completed on time and all technicians perform their duties as expected from the directorate of maintenance.
• Trainer/ Instructor in work station and technical school courses.
• Perform Q.A check to insure compliance.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and overhaul of the J85-21C/13 and T53-L-13B/703 Engines.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect and reassemble engine components and accessories, and replace all defected parts and need modification in accordance with technical data.
• Responsible for completion and submission all required documentations.
• Perform balancing, overhaul, repair and inspection for the centrifugal and axial compressor and turbine rotor blades of the T53 engine.
• Perform troubleshooting and borescope inspection and listen to detected sounds of malfunction, check engine and accessories for any leakage using all measuring instruments, tools, and test equipment.
• Perform cleaning; paint stripping and preservation of all engine components.
• Read schematic drawing, technical manual and service bulletins.
• Supervise Aviation storekeeper (technical parts and chemical components).
• Assist with helicopter mechanic of installing the T53 engine on aircraft.
