Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
Responsible for cost estimation, design/development and implementation.
Production planning and process control.
Analysis of operational issues and installation of new equipment.
Providing technical support/training to production team.
Planning, determining, coordinating, and controlling the processes concerning to production
Visiting to customer as a sales engineer.
In Ercon Group my Responsibilities are:-
As a designer, preparation of standard &nonstandardenclosures, racks and distribution boards as per customer requirement.
Prepare fabrication& detail drawings of sheet metal parts and products.
Development & fabrication of nonstandard enclosures (outdoor/indoor).
Created assembly drawings, including bill of materials and its detail.
Worked as a production supervisor
Empty Panels, MDB, SMDB, DB& up to 8 meter rack/sub rack according to customer requirement.
Drawing Execution for Production to shop floor till Final
Preparation BOM as per dwg/design.

PreparingLaser Welding Program for KUKA Robot 5020(Trutops Cell 7.1)
Preparing 3D Designs and .TP8 Files as per Ercon standard for welding purpose.
Organize all the material for weldingpurpose from punch press to bending machine.
Responsible to design Jig and Fixtures for specific job or product.
Preparingdaily welding report and report to Manager.

CNC Laser Platino Programming ( NC Express ) TOOLING & NESTING
Manage all the stock material for laser cutting.
Prepared daily production report of cutting material.
CNC Engraving Machine Programing (Xenetech)
Prepared engraving designs and format for electrical panels, enclosures and substations.
Maintain all type of engraving stock for panel.
In Hammad Engineering my Responsibilities are:-
• As a designer, worked on structural drawing of transformer tank, frame, and coil clamping structure.
• Worked as a production engineer.
• Executing and maintaining records (Shop floor Inspection records and others)
• Modeled whole power transformer tank assembly.
• Created assembly & sub-assembly drawings, including bill of material and detail of transformer bodies.
In Happy Manufacturing my Responsibilities are:-
• Prepared fabrication drawings of compressors canopies.
• Worked on CATIA V5 (Sheet Metal & 3D Modeling).
• As a supervisor worked on different projects.
