As project manager for Banque Saudi Fransi ATM Project my job was
Plans, creates, executes and monitors construction project operational plans.
Identifies assigns and utilizes effectively the resources.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of every scope of works of the project.
Approves construction methodologies, ensures that they are effectively applied according to all applicable work standards, and Coordinates the execution of the project.

Responsible of Surveying the sites, prepare the drawing, making the cost estimation, BOQ, material specification, time schedule, execute the civil and construction work, supervise the installation team, handing over and following up with financial department
