RESPONSIBILITIES
-Directs the quality control and quality assurance and technical services functions of the precast production mainly for planks and PBU
-Performing of full inspection of mould receiving and daily pre-pour inspection of precast.
-Carried out precast panel inspection at required various stage (post-pour & pre-delivery).
-Liaising with Engineer & RTO for scheduled or unscheduled inspection.
-Ensuring the quality of the production of precast concrete components in accordance with latest approved shop drawings, work instructions and approved quality control methods.
- Assisting to senior engineer in managing a team of production Supervisors and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components.

-Assist in quantity surveys, material procurement, and cost estimation.
-Support the senior engineering team in design modifications and project optimization.
-Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings and reports.

Responsibilities
-Checked the technical site survey data and checking the soil tests for new tower foundation designs.
-Distinguished the type soil based on the data from the soil test laboratory.
-Tested the constituent of water such as PH level, POH Level, Iron(Fe), calcium(Ca) etc.
